DA’s RFD
Dave and Diane Alexander, owners of the Brickskeller, further brightened the Washington beer scene with DA's RFD. The "D.A." is obvious enough, the other initials stand for "regional food and drink". Over 30 taps and hundreds of bottles give plenty of choice for beer geeks (we use the term with respect) and much of the food has beer as an ingredient. Tuppers' Ale and Pils are always available in bottles and sometimes on draft. We'll try to alert you on this page to the even rarer occasions when the Pils is on cask there. When it is, call in sick and go.
We host some of the frequent beer tasting events at DA's and the Brickskeller. These tastings are entertaining, informative, and affordable; get on the email list to be notified of the dates and featured breweries.
